Teen Mental Health California is dedicated to connecting teens across the state with trusted mental health resources, guidance, and community support.
One in five California teens experiences a mental health challenge each year, yet many do not know where to find help. Teen Mental Health California was created to bridge that gap.
We are not a clinical provider. Instead, we serve as a trusted guide – connecting young people and their families with vetted resources, actionable information, and a supportive community that understands what they are going through.
Our Core Values
Every decision we make is guided by these principles.
We lead with empathy and understanding. Every teen deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported on their mental health journey.
We only share vetted, evidence-based resources. Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.
Mental health affects everyone. We create a welcoming space for teens of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
Knowledge is power. We provide clear, accurate information to help teens understand and manage their mental health.
We help teens build skills and confidence to seek the support they need, rather than creating dependency.
We are open about who we are and what we do. We provide information and connection – not clinical treatment.
We are a resource hub, not a replacement for professional care. Our role is to make it easier for California teens to find and access the mental health support they need.
Whether you need support or want to help others, we are here for you. Explore our resources or reach out to connect.
